Ground Broken On New Downtown Apartments

More apartments are coming to downtown San Antonio.

Encore SoFlo will open fall 2018. The $60 million luxury apartment community in the 300 block of South Flores is one of the many communities drawing families, young professionals and many others to downtown.

As City Manager Sheryl Sculley explained at the groundbreaking Wednesday, it’s a goal city and county leaders have had for years.

“When we adopted this policy in 2012 we set a goal of 7,500 housing units by the year 2020 and with the addition of these more than 300 units, we’re now at 84 percent of our goal,” Sculley said.

Gold’s Gym Announced as Anchor Tenant of South Congress Retail Development

Plano’s Shops at Willow Bend to Add New Seven-Story Office Building

A Dallas-based development firm — Encore Enterprises — plans to build a new office building next to The Shops at Willow Bend in Plano in hopes of meeting some of the demand for high-quality office space in the North Texas city.

The seven-story, 200,000-square-foot Class A office tower will sit adjacent to the mall’s food court and will be integrated into Dillard’s parking garage. The building could accommodate up to 800 employees.

New 300-Unit Riverwalk Apartment Community Announced for Panther Island

Encore Panther Island will be a thoughtfully designed luxury apartment community with direct access to the first segment of Riverwalk on the island.

(Fort Worth, Texas) October 20, 2016 – Encore Multi-Family, LLC, a subsidiary of the Dallas-based Encore Enterprises, Inc., is officially under contract to break ground on the first private development on Panther Island. The thoughtfully designed 233,198 square-foot multi-family community will feature creative solutions to connect the streetscape to the Riverwalk environment planned for the district. Residents will be able to enjoy exceptional amenities including waterfront balconies, an infinity pool with cascading waterfalls, a state-of-the-art fitness facility and a top floor lounge that will feature the most dynamic views of downtown. Located at the intersection of 4^th Street and North Main Street, residents at the 300-unit community will be walking distance to Panther Island Brewing, Coyote Drive-In, and Panther Island Pavilion.

Encore Evans Station will be a thoughtfully designed luxury apartment community within walking distance from Denver’s burgeoning South Broadway district and the Evans Light Rail Station.

Q&C Hotel and Bar Recognized as Newest Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel

The process to convert the formerly independently owned Queen and Crescent (Q&C) hotel and bar to a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel continues and we’re happy to share that the excitement has spread to New Orleans city officials.

The City of New Orleans, via the New Orleans City Council, has proclaimed the Q&C Hotel and Bar as one of New Orleans’ “Best Kept Secrets” and has issued an official congratulatory statement regarding our launch as an official Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel.

We also received recognition from the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, who congratulated the Q&C on its newly achieved Autograph Collection status and noted the hotel as a global leader in hospitality for its effort to combine old-world charm with innovation and excellence.

Encore Commercial, LLC Announces New Name for Bedford, NH Mixed-Use Development

(Dallas, TX) June 21, 2016 – Encore Commercial, LLC, a subsidiary of Dallas-based commercial real estate firm, Encore Enterprises, announced today that it has finalized the name for its latest mixed-use development in Bedford, New Hampshire. The development will be called Market and Main.

“We wanted a name that carried symbolism,” said Nicholas Barber, President of Encore Commercial. “The development will offer dining, shopping, entertainment, and more, creating a one-stop-shop marketplace for the Town of Bedford.”

Plans are currently underway to construct Main Street, the central artery leading to the development.

The project is experiencing tremendous response, with an abundance of proposals coming from potential tenants. Demolition of the former Macy’s building has been completed and construction is expected to commence in 2017.
